Francesca Coli is a postdoctoral researcher at the Sant’Anna School of Advanced Studies. She obtained her PhD in agri-food and environmental law at the same institution in 2024. Since October 2023, she has been an International Legal Consultant at the Development Law Service of FAO. She holds an LLM in Food Law from the Luiss School of Law and a Master’s Degree in Law from Roma Tre University.
